1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order with Soni Jewellery, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST
• Gold rates are updated daily based on market price
• Making charges and stone charges are additional
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

3. Purity & Certification

All gold jewellery is hallmarked by BIS. Diamond jewellery comes with IGI/GIA certification where applicable.

4. Order & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Cards, and Cash (in-store).

5. Exchange & Buyback

• 100% lifetime exchange on gold jewellery
• Buyback at current gold rate minus 10% deduction
• Original bill required for exchange/buyback

6. Delivery & Custom Orders

Custom orders take 15–45 days. Ready jewellery delivered within 3–7 days across India.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Gaya, Bihar courts.
