Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Soni Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of precious jewellery (gold, diamonds, custom-made items), we follow a strict but fair refund and exchange policy as per industry standards and Indian consumer laws.

2. Ready-Made Jewellery (Non-Customized)

• Full Refund: Within 7 days of purchase/delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, with original packaging, bill, and certificate.
• Refund will be processed after quality check at our store.
• Refund amount = Total paid – (Making charges + GST on making charges)
• Diamond value is fully refunded if certified and unchanged.

3. Custom-Made / Personalized Jewellery

No refund or cancellation is allowed once production has started (usually within 24–48 hours of order confirmation).

Reason: These items are specially crafted as per your design, size, and preferences and cannot be resold.

4. Exchange Policy (Best Option)

• 100% Lifetime Exchange on all gold jewellery (with original bill)
• Exchange value = Current gold rate × weight – 8–10% deduction
• No deduction on diamond value (if certified)
• You can exchange for any jewellery of equal or higher value

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom/engraved jewellery
• Items purchased during sale/discount
• Used, damaged, or altered items
• Jewellery without original bill & certificate
• Bullion (gold coins/bars) – only buyback allowed

6. How to Request a Refund/Exchange

1. Visit our store or contact us within 7 days
2. Bring original bill, certificate, and packaging
3. Item will be inspected by our experts
4. Refund processed within 7–10 business days via original payment method
